Construction Project Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Project Engineer with at least a year experience to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Employer will make a generous offer to the best qualified candidate. Experience working on Federal Projects and Tenant Improvements is a plus.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

  • Allocate resources for assigned projects

  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in Construction Project Management

  • Familiarity with construction management software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, Word & other scheduling software

  • Ability to read & understand Plans & Drawings

  • Experience in processing Requests for Information (RFI's) and Submittals

  • Experience in working on Federal & Public Works Projects

  • Deadline, Budget and detail-oriented

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
