Human Resources Representative

GENERAL SUMMARY
The HR Representative partners with plant management to align business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit and administrates the human resource functions including recruitment, training, benefits, employee relations, communication, compensation, incentive programs, safety and ensures federal, state, local and company policies and procedures compliance. In the absence of the Human Resource Manager the HR representative will assume the manager's responsibility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
? Counsel management team and employees on employee relations issues
? Supports plant management in business plan in accordance with company and departmental values by developing and recommending solutions regarding HR-related issues
? Recruits and interviews permanent and temporary candidates.
? Coordinates interviews for dept. managers and supervisors.
? Conducts new hire orientation.
? Serves as benefits point of contact for all plant employees, including plan change communication, enrollment, etc.
? Maintains HRIS and personnel records accurately
? Processes payroll and maintains local KRONOS system & payroll records.
? Processes and coordinates all personnel actions.
? Investigates employee complaints.
? Recommend and approve all disciplinary action, including separations ? Conducts training regarding compliance issues, skills development, etc.
? Coordinates and implements Safety programs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1-3 years as an HR Representative required
Equivalency: Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
REQUIRED MULTI-TASK
REQUIRED BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH
SAP AND KRONOS EXP. PREFERRED
RECRUITMENT EXP. PREFERRED
$15-$18 DOE.
?Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
