This position fulfills an integral aspect of day to day operations, student services and as well as providing the first impression to the potential students and visitors.

Job Duties Opening the reception area daily Answering and transferring incoming calls Filing, faxing and labeling Student services assistance Managing the inventory for the student books and supplies Data entry Internet research Generating reports and spreadsheet info Customer service & client maintenance Admissions team assistance and support Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Moderate internet knowledge Experienced answering and greeting the incoming calls Customer/student service experience Preferred Attributes Well-spoken Able to multitask and prioritize Able to take initiative and problem solve Able to maintain professional demeanor Familiar with front office etiquette Detail oriented and efficient Punctual and responsible Honest and loyal
