Part-Time Porter for Brand-New Apartment Community

Talisa Apartments is a brand-new apartment community, built in 2023, consists of 48 total 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for low income homeless households.
We are currently looking for a porter that can help keep the building clean! We are looking for applicants who have the following skills:
MUST Have prior porter or janitorial experience Apartment Cleaning experience Power Washing experience Customer service experience Possess a can-do attitude Is self-motivated to work hard and do a good job Is honest and dependable - Can arrive to work on-time Has the ability to work as a team Ability to work in an outside environment Ability to follow company policies and procedures without fail Daily duties/responsibilities include:
Picking up trash Mopping & sweeping Cleaning all common areas (Includes:
laundry rooms, rental office, hallways, restrooms & community rooms) Sanitize all common surfaces at beginning and end of shift - doors & door knobs, hand rails, entry gates, laundry machines, mailboxes, etc.
Power washing sidewalks, trash enclosures, parking lot, walkways Cleaning out trash enclosures Maintaining the property curb appeal Assisting with Cleaning vacant units as needed All other duties as assigned Compensation Includes:
Hourly Pay Rate = $17.
00 per hour 25 hours per week = Monday - Friday 8:
