To partner with the plant management and the plant personnel to produce and supply products that exceeds customer and consumer expectations.
To engage plant personnel to strive for the highest standards of quality everyday.
To monitor and ensure the compliance to product specifications and quality system requirements.
To monitor and ensure the compliance to the food safety program requirements.
Is accountable for activities performed that will compromise product safety.
Assures that products are being produced in conformance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).
To support the Total Quality Manager and/or Total Quality Supervisor on the development and mentoring of the Total Quality team.
Perform Total Quality Supervisor, document control and Technician Projects duties in his/her absence.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED Education High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience as Total Quality Technician Knowledge of basic statistics required (Preferred) Courses in Quality Assurance concepts (Preferred) Experience working in Quality Assurance for a food manufacturing company Computer Literacy Bilingual English/Spanish Required- Ability to read, write and speak EMPLOYEES SUPERVISED Quality Assurance Technicians Job Type:
